Refund policy

At PyjamasUK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If your item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
• Custom or personalized products
• Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For any concerns about specific items, feel free to reach out to us.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification. Items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times for banks or credit card companies may vary.
